The Adwiser is a trading name of Agile Finance Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15154052). We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO No. ZB635953). Our registered address is 60 Tottenham Court Road, Fitzrovia, W1T 2EW, London.
We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it. We've written it in plain English so it's easy to understand.

Your contact details are used only to respond to your message. We will not contact you again after your enquiry has been resolved unless you ask us to.

We do not share your personal information with any other third parties.
How long we keep your information
We keep your contact details for up to 12 months after your last communication with us. After that, we delete them. If you would like us to delete your information sooner, just ask.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

- Ask us to correct any inaccurate information
- Ask us to delete your information
- Object to us processing your information
- Complain to the ICO if you're unhappy with how we've handled your data
